Spirulina PAM is packaged in convenient sealed envelopes, closed with zip and dark in color in order to ensure their quality over time. The packaging once opened should be closed in a timely manner and stored in a cool, dry place away from light.
It is advisable not to keep the bag in the refrigerator for if this is not properly sealed can cause condensation effects.
Recommended daily intake: 3 g for omnivores; 5 g for vegetarians; 10 g for vegans and athletes
It initially recommended to take it in a gradual manner until it reaches the recommended daily dose.
