It is simple and with a unique flavor and to explore prepare homemade tagliatelle, fettuccine or papardelle with spirulina.
400 g flour
Salt to taste.
Spirulina PAM – 3 tablespoons (9 grams)
Instructions for preparation
1- Enter into a blender 3 tablespoons of spirulina and blend up to make powder. Pour into a bowl spirulina and flour, mix thoroughly.
2- Pour the flour with spirulina on a clean flat and smooth. Dig a little hollow in the center. Pour the center shelled eggs. Add a pinch of salt. Mix well before with the help of a fork, and when the mixture begins to take consistency started with your hands. Working energetically the dough for at least 10 minutes
3- Wrap the dough in a clean cloth and let stand for 30 minutes
4- Take the dough into pieces and roll out each with the help of a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness of not more than a millimeter and a half (or use the machine for homemade pasta – starting from a 1 cm puff proceed with the first pass between the rollers, and repeat the process getting closer and closer the two rollers – to remember that at every step flour the dough)
5- Roll the pastry and start cutting with a knife to the short side (the distance between a cut and another will be the width of noodle)
6- Unroll the obtained strips, flour and let them dry in a tray for a few hours.
7- Cook in boiling water for a few minutes and season to taste.
