Prepare a good juice with Spirulina
A citrus juice is an excellent food that is a must in a healthy diet.

For 1 person:
-2 or 3 citrus fruits (orange, mandarin, lemon, grapefruit, stc ..)
-1 spoon of Spirulina PAM (3 grams)
Once you get the juice from the citrus fruit, with a citrus-fruit squeezer or a centrifuge, just pour the spoon of Spirulina and mix until everything is diluted.
